Optimist, if you have tried all other positions in the district, NOW just might be the time to seek the position of GOVERNOR!
Nominations for Governor of the MI District 2012 - 2013 are open. If you have been an active member in the Michigan District, we want to hear from you!
Please submit your letter of interest stating your involvement at the club and district level. List your club number, date you joined an Optimist club, and positions you have held in your club and in the district. Also, please state why you want to be governor of the MI District Optimist. We would also appreciate at least three letters of reference from two optimist and one non-optimist member. Submit the completed packet by April 1, 2011 and send to:
